Return unused, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items worn, resized, or damaged

Missing original packaging
How to Return
1. Email returns@yourbrand.com with:

Order number

Reason for return
-
Photo of the item (optional but helpful)
2. We’ll send a Return Authorization and address.
3. Ship it back within 7 days of approval.
Shipping Costs

You pay return shipping (unless we sent the wrong or defective item).

We pay if it’s our mistake.
Use a tracked method. We’re not responsible for lost returns.
Refund Timeline

We inspect within 2 business days of receiving.

Want a different size or style? Return first, then reorder. No direct swaps.
Defective or Wrong Item?

Send photos. We’ll send a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
Late Returns
