Return Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns
Customers may request a return within the specified return period from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all packaging, certificates, and accessories.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping charges and any applicable service fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability and eligibility requirements. Customized, engraved, personalized, or special-order jewelry items may not qualify for exchange unless a manufacturing defect is present.
